This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to match the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13, which has applied since 14 August 2025.
The operator of Tuki Fly is the controller of the data described here. Contact details are at the bottom of this page.
What we collect
- Usage statistics about pages and searches, via Cloudflare Web Analytics, and a count of
clicks on flight-booking links by which part of our product sent you there (the site, our Telegram channel, Instagram or our WhatsApp community). Both are aggregate numbers with no identifiers and no analytics cookies. Our booking partner Travelpayouts runs a script that may set its own cookies; the cookie notice explains. If we ever add another tool that needs cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update the cookie notice.
- Technical request data: IP address, approximate time, browser type. We need it to
apply rate limits and to stop abuse.
- Subscription data, only if you choose to subscribe: your email address or phone
number, the channels you agreed to, and the time and wording of your consent.
We do not ask for and do not want identity numbers, payment details or passport data. There are no user accounts on the site.
Why we collect it
- To run the service: show events, flight prices and price history.
- To keep the service working: rate limits, abuse prevention, debugging.
- To improve the service: understand which searches and pages people use.
- To send you the alerts you asked for, if and only if you gave explicit consent. See
our marketing consent page.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for other companies' advertising.
How long we keep it
- Technical request data: short-term only, up to 30 days, then deleted.
- Usage statistics: kept as aggregate figures that do not identify you.
- Subscription data: until you unsubscribe, and then only the record of the consent and
of the withdrawal, which we need to prove we acted lawfully.
Who processes data for us
- Our hosting and network providers, including Cloudflare, which also provides the
page-view statistics.
- Flight price and event data providers. We send them a route and dates. We do not send
them anything about you.
- Telegram, if you join our channel. Telegram is a public channel: we do not see a
member list through this site, and Telegram's own privacy policy applies to your use of their app.
- WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta), if you join our WhatsApp community or follow our
Instagram account. Their own privacy policies apply.
- Travelpayouts (analytics and booking-link partner): when you agree to price alerts or
click booking links, we send them performance data (impressions, clicks, bookings) to settle affiliate commissions. They may set cookies to track conversions.
Some of these providers are outside Israel, so data may be transferred abroad under the conditions the Privacy Protection Regulations require for such transfers.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Privacy Law you may:
- ask whether we hold information about you, and review it;
- ask us to correct information that is wrong, incomplete or out of date;
- ask us to delete information, including when you withdraw consent;
- withdraw your consent to marketing messages at any time, with no explanation.
Write to us and we will answer within the period the law allows. If we refuse, we will explain why, and you may appeal to a court. You may also complain to the Privacy Protection Authority.
Security
We keep the data on a small number of systems, with access limited to the people who operate the service, and we follow the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017. No system is perfectly secure; if a serious security incident affects your data we will act as the law requires.
Children
The service is not aimed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes too. A material change that affects your consent will be announced on the site before it takes effect.
